To subscribe to the PST monthly community electronic newsletter send an email with your full name and address to pstnewsletter@hotmail.com. The newsletter contains a wealth of information on Palma Sola Trace activities, updates on the Board meetings, important information for residents, a community calendar, etc.
Villas HOA News and Events:
Villa HOA board of director meetings are held monthly, 3:30 pm in the clubhouse.
Note: There will be no July 2022 meeting.
Villas Painting Schedule
Myers Painting LLC has the contract for the repainting of all villas. Information and schedule will be posted here and on the Villas myHOAst websites.
Villas HOA Roof Replacement information:

An informational meeting will be held on 11 July in the clubhouse at 6:30pm to discuss the replacement process and answer any questions owners may have.
